Surdyk’s What are you Thinking?

I love being independent. While I don’t get the free samples like many around town it is nice to speak my mind. Surdyk’s might have the worst deal I have ever seen in MN and beyond on a gift basket. Haskell’s surely has had some dudes but this is the top dog at $200.00.

Here is my review of the recent Veuve Clicqupt

• NV Veuve Clicquot Champagne Brut – France, Champagne (12/3/2022)
  Marketing 101. This NV is terrible for the money. $60? Candied fruit, minerality, dough and floral notes. Short finish and lacks complexity. The Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve is far superior for half the price. (84 points)

Never had this above a 90 point score in over 15 years.
