2026 Wine Deal of the Year!

Well when you think of Result of a Crush Winery the first person that comes to mind is of course me! I have by far the most reviews on their wines and the most accurate reviews on their wines. These are not 90 pointers. Much better. Well here is the deal of the year and you will not find a better wine for $15.00 this year. If you do let me know about it please.

I would also recommend a case of the 2021 Result of Crush Syrah which other than 17 is the best value under $30.00 in a long time.

  Day 1: Just saw they are offering this wine for $161 with free shipping on a case. Ok there is clearly no better QPR on the planet for that price! White pepper, stone, red currants, earth, black olives and tar. Medium plus finish. Wow what a value! 93 points

• 2022 Result of a Crush Syrah The Unnamed Series – USA, Washington, Columbia Valley, Walla Walla Valley (1/8/2026)
  Day 2: These will age like much higher end Syrah from Walla Walla. Roasted meats, white pepper, spices, floral, charcoal, dark currants, olives and underbrush. Nice concentration and medium plus finish. 93 points
  Day 3: More elegant then previous vintages but very tasty. White pepper, red currants, black cherry, spices, green olives, tar, grilled steak and earth. Medium plus finish. 93 points
  Recommendation: One of the better wines you will drink under $30.00. (93 points)

  After an 04 CDP went array opened this at the in-laws. Always good with green olives, blueberries, floral, spice, earth and tar. Medium plus finish. Outstanding quality. (92 points)

  Day 1: Another review and awesome as always. Tar, funk, iodine, dark currants, spices, pepper and minerals. Medium plus finish. 92 points
  Day 2: Not as good as the 2021 but solid. Clay, iodine, funk, dark fruits, green olives, pepper and stone. Medium finish and nice acidity. Solid. 92 points
  Recommendation: Yes please. (92 points)

  Birthday Wines at Tom & Bruna’s (Edina, MN): Another great show on the starter wine. Black pepper, cherry, plum, tar, spice and floral notes. Medium finish. (93 points)

  Day 2: Deciding on a case purchase and for sure to buy a case. Drinking well young but will age over time. Mild funk, stone, blueberries, green olives, white pepper and floral notes. A pretty wine and not rocks like than the 2021 which was Aussie Shiraz like. Both are gems and amazing value. 93 points (93 points)

  Day 1: Had to open a second before I buy 100 or more bottles like the 2021 vintage. Black pepper, tar, exotic spices, black olives, minerals, iodine and dust. Medium plus finish and complexity overload for a wine less than $30. 93 points
  Day 2: Black olives, tar, minerals, spice, violets, iodine, dust and stone. For sure a great value and stage for 15 years. 93+
  Day 3: Most intense of the 3 days and rocking. At 21 and 17 levels. Black pepper, black olives, stone, violets, minerals, clove, dust, earth and tar. Medium plus finish and concentrated wine. Age this or drink now. 94 points
  Recommendation: Again, the best wine in the world for under $30 year in and year out. (94 points)
• 2022 Result of a Crush Syrah The Unnamed Series – USA, Washington, Columbia Valley, Walla Walla Valley (3/14/2025)
  Day 1: Natural cork. A bit tight and not at the 2021 level. Smoked meat, blackberries, black olives, earth, dust and violets. Nice concentration and medium finish. 92 points
  Day 2: For all that say a wine doesn’t improve on day 2 this review is for you. Black olives, rosemary, roasted meat, blueberries, dark fruits, white pepper snd floral notes. Outstanding wine. 94 points
  Recommendation: Get some as from the Result of a Crush club $28.41 delivered with tax. (94 points)
