TN: Dominique Cornin Macon Chaintre

2015 Dominique Cornin Mâcon-Chaintré – France, Burgundy, Mâconnais, Mâcon-Chaintré (7/2/2020)
Day 1: Mineral driven featuring dust, lemon, stone and chalk. Lacks fruit and is a bit astringent. Not bad but certainly not a great White Burgundy. 88 points
Day 2: Better with stone, floral, lemon, minerals and grapefruit. Not so chalky on day 2 and more balanced. Good acidity. This needs some time. 90 points
Recommendation: Hold these until 2022 and beyond. (90 points)
