Here are some of the wines on sale that I sampled a few months ago!

Best Deal

2015 Substance Cabernet Sauvignon – USA, Washington (10/28/2017) $11.99
Day 2 review. Classic Washington Cab with cherry, plums, menthol and spices. Drinking really well and should age for a few years. Best Cabernet in the world for under $15. Day 3 still going strong and very enjoyable. Not an oak bomb like some of the Quilceda Creeks I have tasted in recent memory. (90 points)

2015 Witness Tree Vineyard Viognier – USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley (12/9/2017) $12.79
Solid with floral, subtle spice and refreshing acidity. Short to medium finish. (90 points)

2014 d’Arenberg Shiraz The Footbolt – Australia, South Australia, Fleurieu, McLaren Vale (12/9/2017) $10.99
Dark fruits, eucalyptus, violets and black licorice. Well made overall but not for the Old World Wine Drinker. For $11.99 a good every day wine. (88 points)

2015 Selbach Saar Riesling Spätlese – Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (12/9/2017) $12.79
Had to pop one of these as the price was so low. Slate, orange peel, peaches, pear and spices. Medium plus finish and great acidity. While some sweetness this wine is completely balanced and a case buy!!! (91 points)

2012 Witness Tree Vineyard Pinot Noir Vintage Select – USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley (12/9/2017) $31
Really good stuff. Mushroom, strawberry, floral and spices. Complex wine and good acidity. Medium plus finish. Should drink for 5 plus years. (92 points)

2014 Witness Tree Vineyard Pinot Noir Estate – USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley (12/9/2017) $20.99
Not bad for $22. Cranberry, raspberries, earth and spices. Short to medium finish and no major flaws. Drink now. (88 points)

2015 Witness Tree Vineyard Pinot Blanc – USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley (12/9/2017) $11.99
Really nice with shell, citrus and subtle spice. Short to medium finish and good acidity. Drink now. (90 points)

2016 Domaine Laroque Cité de Carcassonne – France, Languedoc Roussillon, Languedoc, Cité de Carcassonne (12/9/2017) $8
Wow under $10 and a steal. Licorice, floral and red fruits. Short to medium finish. A simple but solid wine. Good every day drinker. (87 points)

2016 Château Brondelle Blanc – France, Bordeaux, Graves (12/9/2017) $13.59
Clean and refreshing with shells, lemon and minerals. Good value and good with seafood. (88 points)

2012 Château Fonbadet – France, Bordeaux, Médoc, Pauillac (12/9/2017) $35.19
Solid overall Bordeaux with minerals, red fruits and underbrush. Medium finish. (90 points)

2014 Château Mongravey – France, Bordeaux, Médoc, Margaux (12/9/2017)$27.99
Pop and pour and drinking well with an upside by cellaring. Gravel, plum, raspberries and subtle oak. Concentrated wine with medium plus finish. For under $30 this is a steal!!! 92-94. (92 points)
