My Wine Journey
My approach to wine has evolved over the years. My first great wine experience happened at Chateau Ste. Michelle in Washington in 2000 with my then girl friend Erin (now married over 15 years). It was a 1997 Chateau Ste. Michelle Cabernet Sauvignon Cold Creek Vineyard (USA, Washington, Columbia Valley). It was the first time I realized not all wine is made the same.
My wine drinking days evolved into a business a few years later. In 2005 I launched Wineglas LLC, the Minneapolis Wine Club and the Twin Cities Wine Club. Wineglas LLC quickly became the number one wine education business in the Twin Cities and launched many novice wine drinkers to become some of the more influential members of the Twin Cities Wine Community.
Many corporations routinely hired me for events: Ameriprise Financial, Ecolab, FedEx, Wealth Enhancement Group, UBS and Mortenson Construction to name a few. Unlike other educators I poured the great wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne, Rioja, Piedmont and Napa Valley. In 2016 I decided to take a break from wine education and reviewing to spend more time with family and golfing with my son.
On March 5, 2018 3 Day Wine Review launched with the goal of providing detailed tasting notes about wines from around the world. Look for the transformation of wines over Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3.

Meet the Team
In 2005 I launched Wineglas LLC and instantly became the go to wine educator in the Twin Cities. With an education background my events were less about boring 2 hour lectures but more about experiencing and learning about what makes wine the most exciting beverage on the planet. After over a decade I took a brief break from wine and spent more time golfing with my son. Fast forward to 2018 I am now back in the wine game and have launched the website twincitieswinetasting.com with my main focus of reviewing wines over the course of 3 days hence the corporation 3 Day Wine Review LLC. Check in to my blog often for the latest and greatest wine reviews in the Midwest.
